Include the app version, iOS version and a short description of the problem. Never send passwords, payment details, ritual photos or private Screen Time selections.
A selected app is blocked
Open Ritual Unlock and choose Emergency access, which remains available without a subscription. Wait for the app’s acknowledgement before assuming protection is removed. If the request fails, follow the displayed recovery guidance or use Settings → Reset protection.
Emergency access and Reset protection do not count as ritual completion or delete your progress. If the app cannot apply protection safely, it should leave protection paused rather than keep apps indefinitely blocked.
Restore a subscription
Choose Restore purchases on the paywall while signed in to the Apple account that made the purchase. Only an active restored subscription grants Premium access. Native purchases require the App Store or TestFlight build; Expo Go purchases are simulations.
Weekly and annual plans provide the same Premium access. The annual plan is paid upfront for one year. The Apple purchase sheet shows the price and currency for your region. There is no free trial or freemium plan.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
Apple manages subscriptions and refunds. Deleting Ritual Unlock does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription.
Prayer times and permissions
Check the device’s date, time zone, calculation method and Asr preference. Foreground location is used for on-device prayer-time calculation, not background tracking. Camera, location and Screen Time permissions are managed in iOS Settings.
Device schedule verification is still part of pre-release testing. Do not rely solely on an unverified preview schedule.
Photo verification and recovery
In a native build, read the disclosure on first use and choose Agree and open camera, take a new photo and choose Verify. Your agreement is remembered for this processing purpose, so it is not requested for every photo. Only Verify sends the photo through our secure Supabase service to KIE AI. Avoid faces and private information. You can withdraw permission in Settings → AI photo permission; this stops new uploads but does not cancel your subscription. Read the privacy policy for processing and provider information. Expo Go does not send photos and its result is simulated.
A picture cannot prove faith, sincerity or that worship occurred, and AI assessment can be wrong. If the request fails, the subscription cannot be verified, or the service is unavailable, no ritual completion is granted. You can retake a clearer photo or choose Emergency access; emergency recovery does not require a photo or subscription.
Privacy requests
Read our privacy policy or contact support@neatspacecleaner.store for privacy, access or deletion requests. Resetting protection does not erase personal data, and uninstalling does not delete Apple or RevenueCat purchase records.
